With lots of humor and shock colors , Zac Posen introduces his lower-priced Z Spoke. Only for it-girls all over the planet!
For Spring, Z Spoke has a decidedly young, cartoon-y, and slightly madcap sensibility, partly via illustrator Daisy de Villeneuve's kooky-chic prints of smiling fruit, and a Celia Birtwell-esque motif of multiculti faces.
Read what Marie Claire magazine's editor said about the fashion show:
"It was by far the most fun show I've ever experienced. The music was so upbeat and fun that pretty much everyone couldn't help but to dance in their seats, and all of the models were walking to the beat of the music! His clothes were genius designs that I could see myself wearing. There were definitely some pieces that were made for the runway and some that were more real-girl appropriate. Lots of the dresses had cool geometric cutouts and designs, and all of the models had really bright, crazy makeup on. (Either yellow eyes with a black cut crease, or green smoked-out eyes that faded all the way back to the hairline.)"
So Z Spoke collection was colorful, cheerful, sexy and trendy, it means commercial and this a label I have no doubt hollywood girls (including red carpet) will love to die.
