LONDON FASHION WEEK SPRING 2011- House of Holland

I really love the London’s incredible cultural scene; London's inspiration is everywhere: the people, the places, the atmosphere and the attitude."

London Fashion Week is one of the most innovative, bold and creative of the fashion world and we expect always something really new and fresh from the London's runways. I hope there's more than minimalist things in neutral tones or more than 70's staff.

So, our hopes didn't happen at House of Holland in today's show! And why? Because what inspired Henry Holland was... in fact “1970s glamour, disco and New York nightlife.”

The color palette was bold and vivid with aquamarine, forest green, ecru, tan and lilac.

Henry Holland’s inspiration was South Beach after dark, 70s disco and Xanadu which was evident from the bold banana leaf prints and metallic pieces.
