By using this spell the Magic-User is able to give wondrous psychedelic hallucinations to a number of creatures up to 1 HD per level of the caster. The creatures are completely stoned for the entire duration of the spell, laughing out loud and getting lost in their thoughts, completely unable to fight. If attacked the creatures will not resist.
