Who could have known that so many people needed to rent a friend? Today, a report by FOX et a lot of people – me included – know about a website called Rent a Friend, in which well… you can basically rent a companion for friend-like activities like going to dinner, or having some coffee.
The website has been online for about six months now and has grown quickly in popularity receiving approximately 100,000 hits a month.
According to their site:

They claim to have over 200,000 “friends” you can rent all across USA with different prices, varying from $10 to $150.
