Maybe you missed this, as I did because of a bad combination of computer issues and flu, but Patrick Wetmore @ Henchman Abuse has just released the first of a series of modules that will detail his crazy science fantasy Megadungeon! If you follow his blog (and if you don't, you really should), you already know what it's all about. I haven't bought it yet, but it's definitely on my buying list of this year's best OSR products. The price may look quite high for a single module, but considering it's self produced stuff and that Patrick had to pay on his own for art (which is terrific – check his blog for previews), it's honest.
Also, I suggest you to check it out even if you think gonzo science fiction is not your cup of tea, for Patrick has really done some nice city and dungeon design, and you can easily modify some of the stuff to turn it into swords & sorcery or even gritty classic fantasy.
