What did you say?!

People seem to have really liked the Birthday Party game, and actually we're going to start testing a micro-campaign! Everything is still yet to be set up, including ruleset of choice, setting, where to play (which actually is the worst issue, we're probably going to play in some pub or something), and what kind of campaign to play. So, just to be ready, I've thought about what I could offer to them (0 to 3.75 edition):

• Age of Barbaria, episodic sandbox campaign, using heavily house ruled 3LBBs + Supplements I to IV + Carcosa;
• Creepystar Galactica: episodic Lovecraftian Star Trek-like sandbox campaign, using Humanspace Empires;
• The Forbidden Isle of Doom: Lovecraftian sandbox campaign, using LL + RoCC;
• Chronicles of Yaqqothl: Gonzo Science Fantasy sandbox campaign, using either 0e, LL or AD&D 1e (as I see fit);
• Beneath The Huge Ruined Pile: Megadungeon campaign, using AD&D 1e or 2e;
• Haunted Halls of Darkhorn: Big-dungeon plot-based campaign, using Pathfinder (just in case, you know).

Anyhow, the first adventure is very likely to be The Keep of Chaos, in which the characters explore a ruined keep recently inhabited by a classic Bad Guy (whether a Cleric or a Wizard) who's trying to rise a army of undead/hire a army of green-skinned guys to conquer the near village (and the world within a reasonable time frame). The idea is that if the characters manage to cleanse the fortress, they can use it as a base for their future explorations. I'm very excited about this, can't wait to see if we can make it go! The most likely date for the first game is Easter time (i.e. next weekend). Can't wait!
