Castle Bélial
As I've previously said, the first adventure in the upcoming campaign will be about exploring a moat house abandoned hundreds of years ago. Here lives a necromancer (really a young one), who's doing some experiments with dead bodies to make his dream of world rule come true. (Dream big, it's free!) I think I'm going with a 3-or-so level dungeon, trying to take things easy but also give the idea that things get tougher as you delve deeper in the dungeon. Regarding the adventure hook, it'll probably be something as easy peasy as "the pretty daughter of a farmer has disappeared in the vicinity of the old moat house; everyone is really worried, but no one is really willing to go and check because of the terrible legends about that awful place". Yes, I know that since the game is supposed to be a sandbox I should not railroad the players, but they are both pretty new to the game and I don't want to confuse them with too much choice. Also, I want them to be able to settle in the moat house so that they can use it a base for further adventures. I'll post some maps and keys as I make them.
