September 14, 2009, (Sawf News) - The Twilight trio - Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner - presented an exclusive extended trailer for their new film, New Moon, at the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards at Radio City Music Hall in New York City on Sunday, September 13.
The stars, currently filming for the next installment of the Twilight saga, Eclipse, in Vancouver, flew in to New York City for the VMAs.
Stewart, 19, enthralled audiences as she appeared on the stage wearing a sparkly Valentino frock with Rock & Republic studded heels and House of Lavande jewelry. She debuted her pixie haircut with spiky bangs.
Pattinson, 23, kept it simple in a classic navy suit and an un-tucked beige shirt underneath.
Lautner, 17, hid his famously bulked up torso in a Calvin Klein collection suit and a black shirt underneath. The young star earned well deserving praises from his Twilight co-star, Ashley Greene, who was MTV's special celebrity fashion correspondent for the evening. She told Lautner, "You're going on the best-dressed list, for sure."
The brand new 2m27s long footage of the hotly anticipated film, due out on November 20, prominently features Taylor Lautner (Jacob), Kristen Stewart (Bella) and Robert Pattinson (Edward).
The trailer also gives a first ever sneak peek of Dakota Fanning and Michael Sheen as evil Volturi vamps - Jane and Aro.
